It served our purpose for what we needed. Fair price for the type of home. It is older and remodeled. I it was clean it is in a neighborhood and you can hear the neighbors dog barking but that want to Bad. We had ants but nothing we couldn’t Handel. “The house was just as described. Very clean inside and out and the backyard was beautifully blooming in the spring time. My bother's teenagers enjoyed the room with the bunkbeds and everyone enjoyed the quiet house and neighborhood. Great neighborhood to go for a walk or just hang out on the patio in the back yard. Will rent again if back in the area!”
