“I stayed here with my kids while traveling for a soccer tournament. The night staff was kind and friendly, always greeted us with a smile. The room itself was fine, small, but it did its job as a place to lay our heads to rest for the next day of games. The beds do move off the platforms which made trying to sit up and lean against the wall difficult, as the bed would start to drift. Room had enough room to play giant Jenga and Uno with the kids. “I was looking for a clean place to sleep on a rail trip. This was a great place that fit my needs. It was clean and looked recently remodeled. “We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We attended an event at the nearby Nevada County Fairgrounds and stayed for one night. The staff were pleasant. The room was large, with a full kitchen, very nice bathroom, and comfortable bed. Super clean and homey. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great. “Had a really lovely 4 nights at the inn. Owned by a really lovely and friendly couple. Room was a good size, with a big comfortable bed. Plenty of bedding and towels. You get to use a lot of the property as well as the room. There is a front porch, a back room with amenities for tea/coffee, fridge, ice, microwave etc. You can sit inside there or down the stairs where there is another fridge. There are two areas to sit outside as well under parasols. The inn is minutes from the town. I would stay……
