“This was a very spacious apartment that was ideal for our family with 3 children. Lots of room for everyone, kitchen with dishwasher, two full bathrooms, crib/playpen, and high chair. Was very close walk to promenade, old town Nice, and restaurants. Walking and grocery was 2 min walk. So central and perfect. Apartment was clean and everything in working order. Would stay here again!”

“We absolutely loved the view from the balcony of this apartment! It was also clean enough and provided ample space for our family of seven, which was a huge benefit. We all slept soundly and enjoyed our time here. The only hiccup we experienced was upon arrival, as the instructions appeared to be outdated. However, the host was incredibly quick to respond and help us sort it out. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the spaciousness and the beautiful view. ”

“Die Wohnung ist super. Sie ist mit allem was man benötigt eingerichtet. Obwohl wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, haben wir es nicht gebraucht. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür und fahren zu sehr günstigen Preisen wohin man möchte. Der Empfangen bei Anreise war sehr gut. Super Kommunikation wenn man aufgrund des Verkehr etwas länger braucht und später einchecken muss. Eine Perle, die wir wieder nutzen werden. Kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. ”

“Très belle situation, au calme dans une rue piétonne et les hauteurs de la vielle ville. Idéale pour une famille ou un couple qui a envie de bouger. Il faut compter la montée sur les hauteurs et les 3 étages à pied. ”

“Un excellent séjour à Nice en ce qui nous concerne. L'appartement est très agréable et correspond parfaitement à la description. Le petit balcon est tout simplement génial. La communication avec Pierre et son frère Eric fût agréable et irréprochable, ils sont d'une gentillesse et d'une compréhension comme l'on ne retrouve que rarement. La localisation est également parfaite. Les transports en commun, commerces et restaurants sont à moins de 5 minutes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et……
