“The location of this apartment is exceptional. You are steps from the ocean, as well as from the flower market and Vieux Nice. There is also a tram stop nearby with access to Place Massena. Yes, you do have to climb stairs to access the apartment, but this is well explained in the listing and was not an issue for us. We love the neighborhood and exploring the hills and west side of Nice. We had a medical emergency at the end of the trip and François was beyond helpful and accommodating to our extra needs!
