“We stayed in unit three, which is upstairs. This unit had a rooftop balcony with 360 views, it was just beautiful up there. Your balcony overlooks the water, where while sitting there you see manatee, Tarpon, and even an occasional shark. If you had a boat, you could tie it up right there. The tavern 3 Doors Down has great entertainment and is very good and reasonably priced food. The unit has everything you need and the owner is very responsive and helpful with any of your needs.”

“it was a mostly quiet, secure gated community. the pool and the view from the pool is quiet lovely. i would have liked to use the tricycle on property, but that was locked up with no combo available. i gifted the property a laundry basket, as it is not convenient to use the community laundry without a means to transport. ”

“Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. “I never liked Marathon but my husband convinced me to try it one more time. I am so happy he did. Your place was perfect. The area is quiet and not hemmed in by other homes, but close to beaches and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed inside and out. The view was wonderful. We loved to watch the stars come out at nite. We will not hesitate to come back for a longer stay.”

“We cannot recommend this place enough! There were 15 of us staying here and everyone loved it. We cooked large meals in the perfectly appointed kitchen while taking in the exquisite views. The activities available on this property are amazing and we all thoroughly enjoyed them: ping-pong, pickle ball, basketball, putting on the green, swimming, paddle-boarding and fishing to name a few...there's something for everyone. Our boys love to fish and they caught (and released) barracuda, parrot……
