“The only downside to this stay was the inaccurate information given on my hotels.com reservation regarding calling the property 24 hours in advance to receive the access codes for entry. The host actually sends you a text on the day of your arrival with that information. The hotel has no parking, it's street parking only, which really wasn't a problem since we could pull up in front of the building and unload. Glad we were on the first floor - there's a long staircase to the second floor. ……

“If you need a roof over your head for a few days this is perfect for you. The staff was friendly, the area was quiet. The bedding was clean, the water was hot, and there were no bugs. There is a bit of a funky smell but nothing a bit of fabreeze couldn't tackle.”

“Amazing place. I did not expect much from the photo of the outside of the house but was just amazed at how huge my room was and how lovely!!! Super clean, great bed, living room and bedroom! This is a hidden jewel of a stay! ”

“This is the second time I’ve stayed at the bungalow. It is near the river and quiet. You do have a train that comes by often, but it was to the thrill and amazement of my 10-year-old. We walked down to the river and fished a lot, which is only 100 yards from the bungalow. If you’re looking for granite countertops and an eight persons Jacuzzi, this might not be the place for you. It’s just a quiet old farmhouse that is clean and functional for a small family. You’ll do a lot of front porch……

“I was very thankful that this property was exactly as described. It was a getaway for my husbands birthday and he loved every minute of it. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was awesome. I've lost count of how many times we've arrived at a rental only to find the bare minimum was provided (and sometimes not even that!) but that was certainly not the case here. The row boat/canoe and gym area were my sons favorite. I adored petting and feeding the horses. We all loved hiking along the creek.……
