“House was perfect for a large family gathering. We went for a family wedding. There was plenty of room for different family members. Property is in process of renovations, but very nice. Space was clean and comfortable. We loved the theater room and all the deer that visit in the backyard. The road to house was the only thing that was a little tricky!”

“Great spot on River. Nice hole in front of house for swimming and fishing. Caught several small mouth bass. Very private, really enjoyed seating on porch and around fire pit listening to river. Seen bald eagle on our last morning. Would for sure go there again. Host was great, communication was great and had no problems during our stay. ”

“My 2 sisters and I are in our early 70’s. After doing the Bridge Walk we wanted to spend the night somewhere unique and that is exactly what the Skoolies are. Very clean, modern and more spacious than you would expect in a school bus. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well supplied, overall very nice. Only downside for us was outdoor spray showers with no enclosure (we washed off in bathroom sink). But would definitely stay again if occasion arises! Big thank you to Omar and Julie! ”

“An amazing stay, very good description on how to get there and pure enjoyment from the first moment we arrived. As soon as the sun sets deer come out in the Meadow which you can see from your bed. Just like good old time camping. We loved our stay!”

“Very cute and clean cottage house. Right in the heart of town and a 2-5min walk to several EXCELLENT local restaurants/pubs with a very cool vibe and full of friendly people. We absolutely plan on staying here again. Double car parking spot is shared but second car parking could be one block over on main street.”
