BUT the view, the extra little amenities, and the thoughtfulness of the hosts make it worth the little bit of noise surrounding the property. We have already recommended this property to friends”

“Peaceful quiet area. Camper was comfortable. The host was fantastic and very responsive. All amenities were provided and spot on as listed. If youre a camper and enjoy the outdoors without hauling your own camper this is an excellent getaway.Explored the areas State Parks (Babcock SP, Hawks Nest SP, New River Gorge- did the Bridge walk, Rail Bikes in Elk River a must do, for all ages)Great place to explore. ”

“Using the red lined path, it was a half mile walk to the downtown area and plenty of shops/restaurants. got a reservation at the french goat which was very nice (get the burger) the place was very nice and clean and plenty of towels etc. the artwork was very interesting (in a good way). Keurig coffee machine for morning coffee a plus and they even provided some pods. got some firewood for the firepit but didn't use as in a weird location at the end of driveway somewhat close to the neighbors--.……

“Had a great stay in this townhouse! House was extremely clean, well furnished and comfy! Host was great to work with. Close to downtown! ”

“House was perfect for a large family gathering. We went for a family wedding. There was plenty of room for different family members. Property is in process of renovations, but very nice. Space was clean and comfortable. We loved the theater room and all the deer that visit in the backyard. The road to house was the only thing that was a little tricky!”

“The Top of the Town was the perfect vibe for our girl's getaway/reunion weekend. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and near the New River, we couldn't resist the views from the porch and spent most of our time relaxing and visiting on the porch. This was at 10/10 spot and we are already dreaming/planning a return trip.”
