Quiet and serene with multiple wildlife meandering through the property, well maintain trails leading to forest and creeks, and a fast sky with plenty of stars. Josh handy is a great host who communicates well and is responsive to the needs of his guests. Altogether lovely I would definitely do it again. ”

“This property met all of our needs for an overnight stay. We cooked a dinner and breakfast and had the basics needed to do that. If you are planning a long stay then you’ll want to bring your kitchen items such as … foil, plastic wrap, extra spices, hand soap and such. The property isn’t far from town but it’s off the beaten path. We enjoyed the scenery driving to the property. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. ”

“The property was very nice and the owner was very personable and easy to work with. Getting to the property can be a bit of a chalange as it is off the main road up a gravel road about 3/4 if a mile. Once you get there it is a buitiful place and not very far from Frankfort Ky. I would stay there again.”

“This property was quiet, great location, beautiful setting, and just right for our group. The layout of this house was very good and kitchen was user friendly. Everyone said the beds were very comfy. I’m always picky about cleanliness and this very cute house was one of the cleanest properties we ever stayed in. We all agreed with that and just how wonderful it was decorated. We would for sure rent it again if ever in the area. I couldn’t figure out the lock one day and they got us in……
