“Second visit to Bagdad. Nice to stay out “away from the maddening crowd”, yet convenient to many distilleries and Lexington and Shelbyville. Very comfortable and well-appointed. Love sitting outside in the morning with our coffee and in the evening with our bourbons. Enjoy just walking across the street to B & N Food Mart and having breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. If you are there on a Saturday, make sure to walk over to the market next to the food mart. There is a lady there that makes the best……

“This property met all of our needs for an overnight stay. We cooked a dinner and breakfast and had the basics needed to do that. If you are planning a long stay then you’ll want to bring your kitchen items such as … foil, plastic wrap, extra spices, hand soap and such. The property isn’t far from town but it’s off the beaten path. We enjoyed the scenery driving to the property. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. ”
