“Very peaceful, very relaxing, plenty of space for our kids to run around outside and play. The kitchen and eating area was big enough that our family of 9 did not feel cramped, living room area was the same. Bedrooms worked nicely for everyone, and the full size, quality washer/dryer made laundry a breeze. A variety of toys available for our littles was special, and having a pak-n-play already there was so handy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking and baking utensils/dishes making it……

“Our group stayed at the farmhouse during the week of the Kentucky Derby and it was the most ideal spot! It was right in the middle of everything we needed making travel easy. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully! Matt and Carrie were amazing hosts and always very responsive if we needed anything. “This property met all of our needs for an overnight stay. We cooked a dinner and breakfast and had the basics needed to do that. If you are planning a long stay then you’ll want to bring your kitchen items such as … foil, plastic wrap, extra spices, hand soap and such. The property isn’t far from town but it’s off the beaten path. We enjoyed the scenery driving to the property. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. ”
