“The home was in a good location and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. However, the overall cleanliness of the rental could be improved, especially in the common areas, which were not as tidy as expected. It would be great if more attention could be given to cleaning before the next guest’s arrival. On a positive note, the host was responsive and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the storage key”

As soon as we arrived, he took the time to personally greet us and explain everything about the property in detail. His warm and open demeanor instantly put us at ease. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, ensuring that we felt comfortable and fully informed. Johnny’s hospitality truly made a difference, and his attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!”

“Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use……

“This property was amazing for our extended family stay. There was plenty of space to stretch out and do your own thing and then come together for meals. Kitchen was ample size to be able to cook for our large party. Paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition and lots of fish were caught. Would definitely recomment this for your extended families stay! ”
