“地理位置方便，性價比超高！鄰近地鐵站，去不同倫敦市區景點都很近、很方便。酒店工作人員很熱情，會主動介紹酒店的設施。房內設有電磁爐和微波混合焗爐，覺得出外進食很貴的話，可以自己買回去煮食(房內亦有杯、碟、鑊等)。這點感覺更像民宿。不喜歡房內煮食，還可以將食材帶到樓下的公眾大廳煮食，下面還有咖啡機和小型的商店可買零食(雖然我不飲咖啡、零食暫時未買過)。1樓還有洗衣和乾衣房，不想自己洗衣服可以考慮使用。居住5天期間，不會有人執拾房間，不過可以掛牌出去叫人倒垃圾，這點要留意！不過我之前亦覺得一般酒店每天有人進房收拾，感覺不太自在，沒有人進來收拾我反而挺喜歡。酒店附近有便利店和小型超市，Amazon Fresh沒有人手櫃位，必須使用信用卡或Apple Pay等電子支付，而且付款全程自助式，不想要單據的話，商品都不用逐件取出來，Tap & Go即可。不過我對這個付款模式十分不安心，所以自己跑去自助付款的機(同樣要用電子支付)，將每年商品掃瞄一次，再付錢，這種方式會有紙質單據，Tap & Go沒有。
總括而言，Vertus Edit的體驗非常好，性價比超高，下次再有機會來倫敦，會考慮這間酒店！”

“Near to perfect place for stay, from facilities, to staff, to location. Spacious, comfy, good sound proof, with everything you need for short or long stay. Will definitely come back if there's a chance.
Above expectation provisions include free capsule coffee in lobby, Netflix, and WhatsApp contact with reception which made communication much easier and convenient.
Only complaint is the weak water pressures in shower and lack of pillow options. The pillows are bulk and too high for us.”

“我認為這間公寓式酒店是倫敦最划算，最舒適的理想居庭。連續第七年來倫敦都是住住在此處。酒店地理位置理想，10分鐘可到South Kensington地鐵站，步行2分鐘有超市，房內有洗衣乾衣機，煮食爐具，餐具，雪櫃，多士爐，電熱水壺，對於旅遊日數比較長的旅客來說，真是超級理想。酒店剛進行完裝修，一切電器都更新了。前臺服務員非常有禮，十分樂意幫忙，我的朋友深夜不舒服，職員幫忙召的士，教我們去那間醫院，回來的時候還問候我們。今次我住了2天studio, 5 天1 房單位，共7晚，非常滿意。下次再來依然會住在這裡。”

“Great location, nice environment and very very nice and professional staff at front desk, especially Annette and Tamara, always kind and helpful.
Location: close to Covent Garden, walking distance to theatres and restaurants, with supermarket in 5 mins walking.
Room: bright and neat, with full kitchen equipments and a desk.
Environment: quiet at the night, during daytime, you can see sunshine through leafs, it's beautiful, my wife loves it a lot!

“Our first post lockdown trip within the country. We accidentally booked the accessible room. Staff was very helpful and changed to another normal room for our 4 night stay.
Stylish room with well equipped kitchen. It was a bit warm in the room though. Another little down side was the ground floor room has less natural lights.
Delicious breakfast from café Mayvn. We enjoyed our stay very much.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
