“Such an amazing Inn! Perched above the walk & the setting was so tranquil & beautiful. We spent two evenings sitting at the fire pit enjoying the peace & drinking a glass of wine (lovely afternoon wine & snacks provided!). We loved our room - the decor was stunning - so many special touches. Breakfast was also a treat! Can’t wait to come back! Truly a special place!”

“Booked last minute when we decided to stay the night in Newport. I was pleasantly surprised by the price forbthe accommodations. The place has tons of character, which I love. My husband didn't care for the way the floors sloped a bit. The included breakfast the next morning was served in another building across the parking lot and could be considered gourmet. “The property is in a prime location, and we found it very easy to walk to all of our favorite spots. We absolutely loved our room (we were in the Jane Pickens) and found it very spacious. Check-in was easy and Nicole was very helpful. Honestly, I never write reviews, but I couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary weekend. I will absolutely be staying here again. ”

“My husband and I stayed recently and loved the inn. Our check was easy, the staff communicated via text to let us know our room was ready. We arrived via the Ferry therefore no parking issues but walking the properly we could see there was plenty of space to park. We enjoyed the wine and cheese. “We had a fantastic stay at this old and quaint inn. It was exactly what I expected. Room was cute and quirky. Definitely not like a standard hotel room. But it had all the amenities required for today's guests. Check-in and staff were very friendly. On-site (free) parking was fabulous. We walked everywhere around Newport. “The house is beautiful with a lot of history. Our room was upgraded so that was great! The location is good as well....it is a quiet area but within walking distance to food and shopping. The breakfast is AMAZING!”
