“I couldn't get any cleaning room service for 8 days. Without this issue, I highly recommend this hotel to you guys.”

“Our room was horribly dirty! There were other people living there that kept smoking right outside so we had to smell it constantly. The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly and the pool area looked nice but the room was so dirty that we checked out within 30 minutes. The clerk offered us a new room but I was not going to stay there. We went to a much nicer hotel right down the road.”

We informed the front desk that there was an issue with our studio (no shower rod). We were immediately given another studio. We were informed that this place is still under construction to convert all rooms to studios. If you're looking for a hotel with restaurant, gym, pool, etc.... you will be……

A gentleman by the name of Mr. Khan, while shoveling snow, went out of his way to make my parking area hazardless by shoveling around where I would get into my truck. I was pleasantly surprised when I came out to find he had done this! I thank him and appreciate him so much for doing that!”

The bathroom seemed to have been newly renovated. And it was quiet. Now screaming kids or elephants stopping around on the floor above us. Will definitely stay here again if in the area. ”
