“The place is decent I booked two apartments. Upon checking in the receptionist on the evening of Sunday April 20th 2025 lacks customer service. My buddy and I walked into the office and she carried on with her conversation like she did not see us though I acknowledged her when I walked in. After checking in another lady walked us to the apartments but only provided towels for one apartment. The you lady said she would be back with the towels for the other apartment. “The exact location was a little tricky but Karl was a phone call away to assist. The building was safe and close to everything, but it’s in need of repairs and updating. The apartment itself met our expectations for the price paid. Loved the balcony to watch sunsets and the hip strip. My family loved the fact that the beach was across the street and dining out was walkable. I would definitely book this place again, only about 10mins to the airport. ”

“They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.”

"Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
