“The staff were superb. Special mention about Christina and the gentleman on reception morning of 12 October (sorry didn’t get his name), both were excellent, knowledgable, professional, courteous and nothing was too much trouble.
The staff at the hotel are the greatest asset.
One suggestion - drawer(s) are needed in the rooms.
