“Check in staff was excellent! She was very nice and helpful! I was scheduled for a back fusion the next day. She was very accommodating with the shower and handicapped accessibility. I cannot get around well and it was super nice of her to make sure when I booked to answer my questions and she got me the room I needed! Room was clean, WiFi was great and my room was perfect at 75 degrees when we walked in. Thank you for this wonderful experience before a not so wonderful one! ”
