“Nice view of the golf course. It was stated in the description that there were no elevators - but it was not really noticeable so I'm mentioning it here to all future renters with mobility issues. Multiple sets of stairs to get to the room and then more stairs in the room. My fault for not catching it but you do need to look for the "mobility" warning carefully. Bigger issue is it has a VERY Small Kitchen (Don't try to open the fridge and the oven at the same time) and Small bathroom(has……

“First time for us to Seabrook/Kiawah area, and this condo was a good homebase. The amenity card was pricey—300 for the week, and we only ate within the resort 3 times over the week as most everything is closed on Sunday/Mondays.The condo was clean and had a nice assortment of kitchen amenities, pots/pans, etc. We loved riding rental bikes around and walking on the beach, especially seeing many dolphins very close to the shore. We never saw an actual “strand feeding”, but saw several dolphin……

“Our two week stay was relaxing and positive overall. Vacasa was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. The property was clean except for some dog hair remaining under the furniture and on the screened porch. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well-stocked. It was evident of some updates and the unit looked freshly painted. The island is limited in dining options and that was not expected. Also not expected was the behavior on the golf course. Loud music was allowed and poor……

“Cute place to stay for a quick getaway. Make sure to read the listing details for although it’s Advertised as up to 4 people, the futon is only twin sized in width and not full length, so really only suitable for 3. My two preteens could not both fit on the futon but thankfully we had family staying nearby so my 10 y.o. was able to go stay with them. Ideal for a couple with one kid (under 5’6”) or 2 toddlers. Good location otherwise with playground, putt putt, and pool a quick 2 minute……
