“The property was nicely updated, clean, and a quick walk to the beach. It also seemed to have everything we needed for cooking meals. And thanks for the bottle of wine! Grocery store and nice shopping was less than a 10 minute drive or even a bike ride away. Such a relaxing, beautiful stay!”

“The location and Seabrook Island in general are outstanding. The unit itself had a couple of issues while we were there. The living room furniture is really not very comfortable and should be upgraded.The refrigerator had an issue which property manager tried to address, but only partially successfully. The freezer would not close when we arrived and therefore the ice machine was not working properly. A very nice maintenance man came over and worked on it. After you left, it sealed up better,……

“We only had a few days to visit, but this villa offered a great location in an amazing, serene setting on the east side of Kiawah Island. The Villa was stocked with everything we needed for an amazing retreat. And, the owners were on top of anything we needed. We hope to go back and visit sometime again!”

The condo was immaculate, and things we have come to think of as “extras” were provided, such as hand soap and garbage bags. The condo includes everything a guest would need, but not a lot of clutter that you don’t. We would stay here again on a future trip to Kiawah! ”

“The carpet was filthy. We took pictures in case we needed proof it was like that when we arrived. Tiny mirror in the bathroom over the sink and no mirror in the bedroom to use as an alternative. The shower curtain didn’t fit and there was mold in the bathroom. The sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress which we discovered had a plastic cover on it. The bed is hard and couch is uncomfortable. The keyless entry lock was extremely difficult to operate. No guidance on locating beach access. The beach……
