“Comfortable condo with lovely marsh views, and a very well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the variety of birds that we could see from the back screened-in porch. The quiet condo complex also has a nice salt-water pool, with warm water temperatures--and most of the time we had it to ourselves! We would definitely consider staying here again!”

“My parents, my sister, and I stayed in this lovely condo and had the best time. The condo is in the perfect location right near the beach/pool/clubhouse so getting over there was easy. The condo is decorated nicely and is very clean and comfortable. The owners were terrific and were always available for suggestions or help with anything. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back!”

“We’ve been vacationing in the area for 30+ years and this is our first time on Fripp. The villa is above the islands convenience store and gift shop. There is an outside elevator but unknown how to use it. When we arrived we found that we needed a code to access the rental that was not provided. Communication was through text so it was easy to communicate but took some time. First night was great although it would be nice if there were extra blankets.
