“This condo is such a short walk to the beach that it makes it easy to pop down for a stroll any time of day. We loved the view off the back and caught sight of a few alligators.”

“My wife & I stayed in this property for 18 nights. It is located on the idyllic Dataw Island, just 10 minutes from beautiful Beaufort and 10 minutes from the magnificent beach at Hunting Island. Dataw Island is quiet, safe & picturesque. Wildlife is abundant (Alligators; Dolphins; Deer; Raccoon; and so many bird species) ..... whilst at the same time it has a lovely outdoor pool, wildlife area, golf courses etc. The property was well located, well maintained and quiet.”

“The condo was immaculate and kitchen was completely stocked. Everything a cook could possibly want (even down to disposable containers to pack up your leftovers). The community grill was convenient and visible from the porch and LR. Short walk to the beach boardwalk and the view overlooking the marsh was peaceful. Not sure if it is always so quiet there but it was delightful. We lucked out to sunshine and 78 degrees in February! Walked all over Hunting Island State park and had the best time.……

“Property was clean but the child in the upper room has a lot of energy and ran continuously in their villa which was a little annoying but overall the villa had all the conveniences needed. Kitchen well stocked with all the dishes and pots and pans that you would need With regular drip and separate pod coffee maker. ”
