“I grew up on Kiawah and have been vacationing with my family for many years on the Island. This home is very nice with a beautiful view of the marsh and Kiawah River. The beds were very comfortable and 3 of them were adjustable. The house had everything we needed including bikes, chairs, beach towels, etc. The host was very helpful and friendly and the communication was great. We look forward to coming back!”

“The property was good for our needs. We were on the island for just a couple of nights for a wedding. The condo could use a few updates but was sufficient for our needs. Beach was great. We were able to rent extra chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Be warned that you will not be sleeping in as there are no curtains or blinds in the bedroom windows. ”

“Our house was damaged in Hurricane Helene and this was the perfect getaway. The beds were comfortable (very important) the deck was relaxing and the appliances were much better that you typically find. Gas stove made for some good cooking. We stay at Seabrook a couple of times a year and this was the best property. The bathrooms could use updating, but perfectly fine/ clean and usable. ”

“What an incredible location and AMAZING hosts! They made sure everything about my stay was perfect and even better than I had expected. “This is such a beautiful property! My family and I have been visiting Edisto for a few years now, but this was my mom’s first trip. The house was in a great location, very clean, and had so many things to do for a rainy/lazy day. It’s only a short walk to the beach access. The owners are amazing to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and place to stay! We will definitely be back!”

“We had the best time on Fripp Island and Coastline Cottage was Amazing. Tracie is very responsive and so easy to work with. She reached out multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed to make our vacation amazing.! Coastline College has beautiful views and the cottage was super clean! “Birdie’s bungalow was exactly as described. You cannot easily walk to beach access, but the golf cart provides an easy scenic ride! The cart was great, but it is a 4 seater. (The house can accommodate up to 8.) The house had everything we needed. ”
