“Our family had grown and has spread across the US. This was a great house to spread out and be together. We loved the bikes and beach accessories for our daily jaunt to the amazing beaches. We had an infant and a dog and no one was woken up by the others, plenty of room. Watching deer with coffee on the deck was a wonderful way to wake up.”

“Went for a wedding on the island. The house is gorgeous and perfect for friends staying together. The checkin process onto the island was a bit confusing. The 50 amenity card everyone talks about is now defunct. All you need to do is download the island app n enter info. The whole thing is online. I wish someone had given us proper info as we wasted half a morning w bad info for a short visit. Once figured out, it was smooth sailing. Highly recommend this house. ”

“This property was in poor condition, with carpet stains, mold/mildewy odors and a key that wouldn’t even let us get into the property.I have requested a refund as we did not feel comfortable using the property and vacated without staying a single night. ”

The house is gorgeous, very spacious and has everything you need. The property is amazing, with views and access to the river. I needed to get away from it all and THIS was the ticket. “This house was wonderful! Very comfortable and clean. Had all the kitchen items needed to cook and clean up. Our family particularly enjoyed the pool and the beach close by. Beds were comfortable as well. Only suggestion would be to add another umbrella at the pool for additional shade. Our family is hoping to come back next year. ”
