“Our family absolutely loved our week-long stay over the July 4th holiday! The house was perfect for our crew - beautiful, spacious, and in a perfect location with 2-3 minute bike rides to the beach and Night Heron park. We had a 6 year old, a seven year old and an 8 month old in tow and there was ample private space with the room layout for everyone to enjoy. Josh (property owner) was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions. We had a blast and hope to be back soon! Josh - thank you……

“We rented High Seas for our annual extended family beach week. We own a 7 bedroom house on the beach nearby so this was the overflow house and worked wonderfully in that capacity. I stayed at High Seas. It was clean and in great shape with lots of thoughtful touches. We definitely hope to stay there again next year!”

“We had an excellent time here. The house was perfect for the three generations of our family. Our grandchildren enjoyed the games and toys, and the youngest toddler had plenty of room to safely roam about the living room. We enjoyed the covered screen porch with the ocean breeze where we read and played board games, or just talked while relaxing in the rocking chairs. The close proximity of the beach was a real hit with everyone. A short walk to enjoy the waves and sand was delightful. Loved……

“Check in was easy. When we got there, everything was ready for us. 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool was great. Plenty of equipment for the beach and the two bikes were a fun option. Would recommend renting umbrellas for the beach. The house had plenty of space and the kitchen was perfect.”

“Beautiful property steps from the beach. The condo was very clean and spacious. The parking lot was very dark at night, so I would suggest making sure you have your phone/flashlight with you if you need to go to your car. Would definitely stay again.”

“What a great family vacation at Kiawah! The house was perfect for our kids and grandkids. Getting to and from the beach was an easy walk, the pool was great and the beds were super comfy - that is not always the case! The kitchen was well outfitted for cooks of all kinds. We were close to lots of great restaurants and stores when the need to explore hit us. All in all a lovely vacation!”
