“This house was adorable and in a great neighborhood. Accessible to everything we wanted to do. There is an awesome cafe Chocolate fish and Marie’s donut shop a short walk. From the house. The only thing I could add just for improvement. There are no mirrors in the bedroom and only one small bathroom, if you are traveling with a teenager make sure to bring a travel mirror. Also we wished there were chairs or even patio set to enjoy the cute backyard. There is nowhere to sit out there so we didn’t……

“We were in town for a convention. Sway was awesome and accommodated us even though we were a larger family. She communicated well and left the extra items we would need to be comfortable. The home was in a great location and check in was a breeze. She is an excellent host who has put a lot of thought into the convenience for her guests.”

“This was a beautiful home and the perfect home base for moving our daughter into UC Davis. Close to target and ikea which was perfect for our dorm room shopping. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Highly recommend.”

“We stayed with my brother and his family while in Sacramento for a Thanksgiving weekend with other family members. The house was perfect for our needs, just a few miles from the rest of our family. This is a great area with easy access to restaurants and shopping, and also close to downtown. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and up on the river trail that's accessed from the park a block away. The house was as advertised, very clean, with a nice kitchen for preparing meals. “I gave all one stars because I did not appreciate my experience. On the day I was supposed to check in, I was told a few hours before my check in time that my reservation was cancelled due to plumbing issues and a leaky roof. The property should have been checked/inspected beforehand, not the day of my check in. I should have been notified beforehand, not the day of my check in. To be told in such short notice by the host is unacceptable and it was so inconvenient having to make last minute……
