“The view is amazing! The house is very nice and clean. Rooms are nice size. Supplied everything you could possibly need! We will stay again in the future! The host is very fast in responding. Greeted us with a note and cookies. Thank you for the cookies! ”

“House is located right next to the river. Very peaceful place with excellent views of the river and mountains. What we liked House was clean. Kitchen has good quality utensils and plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Nice front porch and couple of sun rooms. Communication with property manager was excellent. Almost real time. Things to be aware of 1. Taller/bigger guests may find the place somewhat uncomfortable. 2. There is well water. So water and house smells of sulphur 3. Short……

“The property was exactly as described, but even cuter! It was a peaceful location on a property with multiple cabins, convenient to New River Gorge NP. We would have liked to have stayed longer to be able to enjoy the hot tub!”

“Cabin was located perfectly about 20- 30 minutes from Winterplace. The Cabin was clean and cozy. We had an issue with the fireplace but they came right over to fix it. Very friendly. ”

“This wasn't a fun trip, as we were in town for my mother's funeral from out of state and had friends coming with us. The size of the house and accommodations were perfect to host them and have an intimate family meal among the beauty of the woods and the river views. Highly recommend. We will be back for more fun times and to enjoy the wonderful front porch. ”

“Everything was very nice and well organized. The only issue was that the water had a VERY strong sulphur smell which did lessen on the 2nd night and day. I’m pretty sure we were the first visitors in awhile and that is why it was so strong.”
