“I can't say enough great things! This little cabin was so peaceful, exactly what my dogs and I needed! The place is old but well maintained, just what you would expect in a mountain cabin! The yard was cut and easy to walk my dogs in! There is a fire pit and grill, we didnt use them because my one dog is older and gets cold easily. The location is superb! “We loved this house, so much character. The owner was so sweet and helpful. We cooked and ate our meals here (you can even do a grocery pickup at the Kroger which is not far away). We loved listening to the river, and truly just enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!”

“This is the second time I’ve stayed at the bungalow. It is near the river and quiet. You do have a train that comes by often, but it was to the thrill and amazement of my 10-year-old. We walked down to the river and fished a lot, which is only 100 yards from the bungalow. If you’re looking for granite countertops and an eight persons Jacuzzi, this might not be the place for you. It’s just a quiet old farmhouse that is clean and functional for a small family. You’ll do a lot of front porch……

“We had a total of 6 adults & 9 teens. At first, once we arrived we questioned whether we would all fit however it worked perfectly for us. We did use the futons in the living room, host did mention to bring queen size bed sheets. Though not the most comfortable it worked for the 3 adult couples. Overall experience was great. ”

“This place was perfect for our needs. My husband, son, and his girlfriend and dog stayed here for a week while house hunting in the area. It was clean, very spacious, and the location was perfect. Having a well stocked kitchen was perfect, we only ate out once! If you walk to the end of the col-de-sac, there is a little stream. So much better than renting 2 hotel rooms. We were very happy with our choice. And my son and his girlfriend were so happy they could bring their dog. ”
