“One of the most fascinating homes I've ever stayed in! British Colonial decorations made it feel like we were living in another era (one very familiar and beloved for my South African immigrant mom). Aside from enjoying the amenities of the house, we were there for U of A graduation and the location was perfect - proximity to campus, restaurants, etc. Especially loved hearing every day the white-winged doves who seem to 'own' the neighborhood.”

“We stayed at the guesthouse for 7 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The property had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for us. It is a block from the bike blvd to catch the loop 4 miles away, or a short drive to various parking spots along the loop. Pickleball courts, shopping, the University, and great restaurants are all within a mile or two. The quiet neighborhood and private backyard with the hot tub were icing on the cake. Bruce and his wife were excellent……

“Visited Tucson for college baseball games. Rental was just off Broadway a main East-West street. Lots of restaurants. Bathroom a little small but everything else was great.”

“This was an easy 5-start review. Paul is a terrific and communicative host. His casita is exactly as it is presented. Extremely clean and located in a very cool little neighborhood. Everything in the unit is new and the location is convenient to U of A, shopping, restaurants, hiking (Paul kindly suggested a couple of delightful places to go explore), the zoo and parks. The casita is not large as it is essentially two rooms, a bath/laundry room and a kitchen/dinning/bedroom. But both are very……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. This beats a hotel by a mile and gave a similar experience. Very clean and simple. Did also not expect to have such a great pool and hot tub. The casita is in the back and secluded but will likely try and get a big group together to book the entire property next time! “The nook was quite roomy and had most of the necessities needed to feel at home. Having a fenced-in area was wonderful for my dog (although it's not "dog proof" so don't leave your dog unsupervised). The bed was VERY comfy, and Kelly was very friendly and quick to respond to any of my questions. The location is a tad loud (lots of traffic noise right outside), but overall great spot and convenient to many areas of town, stores, restaurants, etc.”

“The house was prefect for what we needed. It has beautiful views, especially with the sunrise coming up over the mountains! It was very quiet.”

“We didn’t expect how comfortable the bed would be, and how quiet the residence was! We stayed in the B side which was plenty of room for a couple nights stay. Cozy as advertised! The only thing to note is the trash bins outside are only opened by a key which is not provided. So for a longer stay the key may need to be requested. ”
