“My partner and I took a trip to New York City to celebrate my birthday. This was a great place to stay due to the cost being a third of the price of a hotel in Manhattan. It was a 40 minute commute to Manhattan, but went by quick since you just get on a bus and a train and relax while you travel. We felt like we were on top of the world, staying in the third floor of this home. “This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.”

“I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. ”
