“Great location on Cedar Lake. Our group had a great time even though the weather didn’t cooperate for us. Host was easy to contact with questions, everything was ready for us when we arrived. House was nice and comfortable for our group to enjoy. The pontoon & golf cart were a huge plus!!! Thank you”

“Good location for Tawas area. Comfortable Beds. Clean. All amenities including laundry. Old school charming cabin with modern fixtures.”

“We had a pleasant experience. The only problem was when we moved a fire pit closer to our cabin because the are was vacant (5 fire pits only 8 cabins, which needs to be addressed). The man who checks on the property came over and stated he drove by to talk to us earlier, but we were not at the cabin, which (a) seems like stalking and (b) his tone and the way he was leering at my daughter in law were not appreciated. If we stay next year my son and I may just kick his ass....we were tempted to……

“We had a wonderful time staying at the sweet house. Beds are comfy and 2 bathrooms when you have 2 teenage girls is a must!!! Minute walk to the beach which was perfect. So many shells to collect! House had everything we needed and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“The cabins were cozy. The walls were very thin and felt like the interiors were original from the 40s or the 50s and there was old wiring and outlets but it gave it a rustic feeling that I liked. Beach was nice but we didn't go swimming. The shower was tiny but a bigger shower will not fit so I can't complain. It was nice.”

“We liked that it was practical and felt like a home away from home. Some cabins feel like they’re trying to be hotels and that’s fine, but this felt more like a quiet, simplified home. The layout was practical and there were places to hang towels. It made good use of the available space. It’s located away from the busy street and between Tawas and Oscoda, making for a shorter drive to both places. Our only downside was the beds were small (they are listed as double — so I just thought in my head……
