“We had a great time! House was big enough to accommodate our group with 5 bedrooms and more places to sleep to spare! We couldn’t use their dock for our boat but we were able to rent a slip just down the road for $30 a day which wasn’t bad I thought. Stacey and Scott were very nice and responsive. I would definately recommend this house! ”

“My group of friends had an amazing weekend in Saratoga while staying at this property! Super close (under 20 minutes) to the Racetrack, downtown Saratoga, golf courses, and more fun. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, great backyard space, and a relaxing hot tub! The kitchen and living room area was perfect for congregating and eating, with plenty of table and counter space. The house was well prepared with everything we could need, right down to the grill and fire pit for outdoor hanging.……

“Barbara was so easy and nice to communicate with! The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! Great area with a clubhouse down the road for use. Would definitely stay again! ”

“The owners were amazing. Easy to deal with and they checked up with me daily to see how things were going. They are in the process of updating every room of this rental. They have focused on the high traffic areas first. The pool area, deck, and gazebo are amazing. I wish we had the time to enjoy them. Once the upgrades have been completed this property will be amazing”

“Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. ”

“The house was perfect! The kitchen was well-equipped, and the grill was a huge plus. There is a nice outdoor space and backyard, and it slept 4 comfortably. It was a 45 min. walk to SPAC, not nothing, but absolutely walkable if need be. ”
