“In town for our son's wedding. Not being from Minnesota, we had no idea of town names. Manor on the River was an absolute perfect for our stay. Champlin was close to all events and there are stores close by for any items not packed. The house itself is simply stunning. We had 14 people, including 2 little ones, and everyone had plenty if room. The park across the street was an added bonus. Brian, the host, was easy to communicate with and made sure all was in order for our stay. The home is……

“Mattress looked like it came out of a dumpster, mold and very badly stained. Old used soap bars in bathroom. Fridge smelled terrible. Slept in couch first night as arrived late. Left at sunrise and advised host who said they would call for refund. Since then unavailable. VRBO states that host tried to resolve issues by offering to deliver a new soap bar. The home was a health hazard and we had to evacuate as quickly as possible for fear of health related issues. ”

“The property was as advertised. Close to the airport and close enough to the Cities. Quiet and clean. Edna was available to help--but we never needed her. ”

“My wife and adult daughter stayed there for 9 days and loved it. We have stayed in 5 or 6 other VRBOs over the years and this was the best by far. I was very impress with the high end appliances and bathroom. We rented our vacation place out for a period before we retied so I know what it takes to make it a luxurious retreat. They did that. If I could give them a 6, I would but the clear just goes to 5. And I am a very tough customer. Please excuse the gushing, but this is top notch. ”
