“Breakfast was.very good, variety wise. Sleeping was very uncomfortable, slept on the pullout couch bed. Mattress was.totally.worn out and super.dirty underneath sheet. Obviously very very old.”

“I had an enjoyable stay at Don's place. I love the comfort of the bed and the soft carpeting was like walking on a cloud. If you like air conditioning, this place is for you. The location is awesome because youre literally 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The neighborhood seemed safe to me. I would recommend to anyone.”

“Place smells of cigarettes and pot. I think more people live there than visit. Druggies hanging outside with obvious drug marks all over their arms and asking you for food and change. They gave us 1 towel and it was like breaking an arm to get a 2nd one. Our key cars would work for the back door and every time we went to the front desk for a new one, no one was working. When we booked it stated there was coffee, tea and a grab and go breakfast and a vending machine. I was really wanting a bath……

“We stayed here for our oldest daughter’s college graduation. It was lovely. Wish we had better weather to enjoy the lovely yard, but our old doggie did enjoy the yard. Great neighborhood, lovely hosts.”

“I like the fitness area, very clean. The fact that it was dog friendly. There is a great field area to play. They should update the tv and go to Roku😉 Better pillows would be nice as well. ”

“Everything was great about my stay, but the staff in charge of the breakfast on the morning of 06-22-2025 at approximately 9:00 AM. Some of the items, milk and eggs had used up by previous guests. The staff at the front desk had to find the dining staff to come back to her position is the way it appeared. I remained in the dining area for about 30 minutes longer and that staff member did not look like she loved her job one little bit!!”
