“My family and I were here 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect; right next to the beach and a short walk to Main Street Ontonagon. The house is older but well kept and has everything needed. Communication with the host was great and Michael checked in with us during our stay. The listing is not exaggerating about the beach path right to the yard, and the beach is amazing. ”

“We had a wonderful time at the UP Happy Place! What a beautiful home, complete with everything you would need, even a Keurig! Comfortable beds, internet and smart TV access, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, on and on I could go! Chad and Christel are excellent hosts and always ready to answer questions. Being right on Lake Superior was the icing on the cake. Easy check in and check out, it was just a beautiful stay from start to finish and we are looking forward to another vacation here when the fall……

It's a little off the beaten-path, but within just a few minutes, you have Twin Lakes for a picnic & swim, Krupp's Mini-Mart for last-minute essentials and the Boondock Inn for good bar/grill food and live music! ”
