“We went for Shellabration in Greenport and had a GREAT time!! The home is close to town so you can really walk to everything, Cute little backyard, great beds!! Plenty of off street parking. We were only there for really about 36 hours, so did not get to enjoy everything but would be a great place to stay for a week and enjoy all that GP has to offer!! We will be back!! Hosts are available immediately if you need them! Thank you Meg and Greg!”

“We had a very brief stay (Thursday night to Friday morning) for our son’s graduation from submarine school. The house and area were very pleasant, and would be comfortable for an extended trip. Very clean, plenty of basic kitchenwares, and in February the fireplace was a nice touch.One caveat: the listing says it is about 5 miles away from the USS Nautilus, but that must be as the crow flies, because it was actually a 20-minute drive to base. Keep that in mind before you leave for graduation!……

“This home is as described and well equipped. We booked a last minute trip. Anthony met us at the house, showed us around and was available if we needed him (we did not which is always a plus). The location of the property was quiet but definitely need a car if you are planning on leaving the house as everything is 10+ minutes by car. We would recommend that you familiarize yourself with beach rules as a non-resident if plan on a trip. We plan on returning!!!”

“Located so perfectly close to everything we wanted to do on vacation. The house was so clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was A++. The neighbors were even so friendly and waving/smiling. It felt as if we were home. If we come back to that area again we hope this place will be available. ”

“Had my elderly parents and family in town for graduation. Perfect house with bedrooms on one level…but room for kids in game room (basement) and cute attic bunkhouse. Close to beach and the process was super easy. ”
