Things to adjust
"Stay was great, room very clean. Only thing I would change is add an extra summer quilt/ blanket and lower room divider or move TV. For those who like to watch TV in bed late at night, difficult to view TV with room divider in Queen rooms."

"Beautiful property! View was awesome, nice beach with chairs. The room could use some updating, stove top was broken so our morning coffee was delayed as the burner was very slow to heat the water for our French press we travel with. The view from our room was peaceful however the barbecue area was ..."

Nice, relaxing stay
"My husband and I brought our puppy. He had a great time running around the yard and beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The property is beautiful and we were very happy to find a pet friendly place on the water and close to town."

Decent and Better priced
"A good choice for “affordable” stays in the Hamptons. The place is not “fresh” or chic by any means but it’s very acceptable and half the price of many other accommodations. Over all it’s a good value. Clean, well located and homey."
