Also, instructions indicating the room hvac was a 2 zone system. We set one thermostat expecting the 2nd to be mirrored. Net-net the accommodations were great. ”

“I was in the small-sized king room but it was perfect for me and would be ideal for a couple. Very roomy setup with bed, lounge chair, desk, etc. Ample storage. The bathroom was impeccably clean. Valet worked fairly well. The actual valet was probably the hardest working person - - running back and forth. I was impressed. The app makes requesting your car very simple. They ran out of cream for the coffee Sunday by 9:30 which was odd. But the front desk found me some soy milk that saved the day……

“I was here based on a medical emergency. The stay involved multiple family members and i gad to extend my stay to accommodate the medical uncertainty and changes. Gwen was very accommodating and worked very hard to make everything as seamless as possible. She was very knowledgeable and communicated with everyone in my family well.
