“The house was clean, comfortable and the pictures of the property were accurate. Egan was always very prompt with replies if I had any questions. Felt like a safe neighborhood.”

“Ducts needed cleaning. Cat smell dust and hair. Bedding needs updated. Carpets stained. Bathroom tiny but will do. It seems they stoped at kitchen and liv rm. Recliner was broken down. If using daybed has couch it needs a wedge and pillows so you can use it as couch. Need booklet with instruction on tv remote and electrical switch. Seemed like the area was heavily sprayed with room spray. sprayed with some kind of room s”

“It was a nice temporary living situation while i completed my student teaching. Very comfortable and had a good amount of space to relax. Very quiet and didnt interact with the neighbors a lot but they were nice when i saw them. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in this area for whatever reason ”
