“First of all, I was sceptical about pricing and the host. Renting from an unknown host be difficult. BUT after living in Kokomo for 47yrs and moving to Florida 8yrs ago things can change. Well...It didn't The House The Host were Perfect! I felt like I was Home again.After Reading the Reviews of this House I found out that some people You can NEVER please...Take out ALL of the Negative feedback and You have a GREAT Place to stay when you're in or around Kokomo,IN.We'll DEFINITELY be staying there……

“House was clean, bedrooms were the perfect size. Nice having 2 bathrooms, yard was a great size. Big seating area outside. House was stocked with everything we needed. Championship Park was right next door. Grand park was 20 minutes away. It was nice staying in Kokomo instead of Indianapolis. If staying for Grand Park its worth the drive. ”

“We stayed for two nights in the ranch. The house is very clean and well equipped. The temperature out side was single digit and the house stayed toasty. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. “This property was very clean, stocked with supplies. This was roomy. The parking was very large, you could fit 6 cars in it. We enjoyed spending some time in the property. I have only one suggestion, maybe replace the 2 chairs in livingroom area. Something that could support a disabled person ..love this place ”
