“I stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to the hospital where I was having a procedure. I was told that the car (in valet) would be ready at 5:30 AM when I needed to leave. No one was in sight. We walked around the main floor, looking and calling for someone which put me in a bit of a panic. We knocked on doors and yelled down the hallway. Finally someone came about 10 minutes late.
