“On the positive side: The bed was comfortable, the room was large with a full kitchen and a full sized fridge and the AC worked well. On the negative: The bathroom was tiny, the shower tile was a patchwork mismatch with some grungy grout, the hair dryer didn't work and the mount detached from the wall, the furniture was a mismatch eclectic mix with no couch and the electric plugs and wires were exposed. “Really liked this distinguished older home with a fenced backyard. Very clean, nice bed linens etc. and nice kitchen. The large original doors in the hallway had been reset as sliding barn doors and they don’t latch or stay fully shut (my dog kept nudging my cousin’s door open and the bathroom door to visit us (yes he’s a Velcro dog). We didnt need to open windows, but if we’d wanted to, or worse, needed to in emergency, we couldn’t have because they’re caulked shut. That should be corrected.……
