“Pros: house is super conveniently located in town. Neighborhood is quiet. Has an outside kitty that is sweet. Was able to cook meals and save money. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer work well. Cons: AC struggled in the southern heat, stove tops were a little small (but functional), dryer vent was not clean, some food wrappers and popcorn kernels throughout the house. Small inconveniences, really. Shower did make a strange noise, but worked. Stairs are a little narrow.……

“Stayed in Greenville to visit our daughter and her family, originally booked a different property. Host called the day before a let us know of a problem with AC. We were put up in another property equally as nice without incident. Would absolutely use this host again”

“We booked this property in Sept ‘24 for May ‘25 graduation. I messaged the host in March and received no response. The day of our check-in as we were driving to Greenville, I messaged the host because I hadn’t revised check-in info. I had received an email from VRBO about checking but no instructions. Immediately after messaging the host, my booking was cancelled. We were on the way to graduation. He had overbooked on another site and cancelled my reservation which I made 8 months in……
