“Phyllis is a delightful host who thinks of everything. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from ECU. The back patio was the perfect place to host a family cookout and Phyllis was fine with that. The patio has a grill, games, plenty of seating and the backdrop of beautiful flowers everywhere! The attention to detail is remarkable. 2 couples stayed in the house comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked. We walked to downtown and loved downtown! Beautiful restaurants and bars along……

“My son, daughter and I toured East Carolina University. Mark made are stay very easy. The condo was extremely clean and convenient to restaurants, stores and the University. Mark was extremely responsive to my questions and made check in and out easy. If the beds were a little softer I would have given 5 stars. Overall very nice condo! ”
