“This property was very new and cleanly. Things I wish I knew. The AC has a digital controller system that allows the owner to limit the use and function of the AC particularly the lowest temp and auto adjusts in the middle of the night. Last thing I want is to have to wake up in the middle of the night to turn the AC back down to 65 lowest they will allow from the auto adjust to 72/74. “Overall, the house was a nice place for us to rest our heads after long days of hiking in Bryce Canyon. It was clean, had some nice amenities (e.g., toys for the kids, tea, hot chocolate).
