“This place is very clean, newly remodeled with finished basement. The home accommodated my entire family for 3 nights. Beds were comfy, basement was a bit cold but there were plenty of additional blankets avaliable. We were out and about most of the time so we didnt utilize the back yard but it was very well kept. Overall I would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful weekend trip! The house looked small from the outside, but more spacious on the inside and plenty of space to accommodate four people and two dogs. Everything was clean and organized. We cooked some meals in the kitchen and enjoyed marshmallows over the fire pit (courtesy of Julia). The two hot springs were within a 5-10 min drive from the house and we had a lovely soak at both! Beds were comfortable and we liked the new appliances. Only thing to take note is the neighborhood……

“We wanted a place to sleep before Capitol Reef. The bed was very comfortable! Host on-site replied to our needs immediately. Good value for the cost and proximity to Capitol Reef!”

“Overall, the house was a nice place for us to rest our heads after long days of hiking in Bryce Canyon. It was clean, had some nice amenities (e.g., toys for the kids, tea, hot chocolate). The keypad gave us a little trouble, but ended up working after a bit. There's nothing around in the neighborhood but we knew that ahead of time. Communications with the owner was extremely limited but we didn't have any trouble booking online, etc. and didn't need to reach out for anything. Overall a good……
