Nestled in the woods, it felt like stepping into a fairytale. Every detail of the cottage was beautifully thought out, charming, cozy, and clearly designed with care and love. My husband, teenager, and I instantly felt at home, and our dogs were in heaven exploring the property. It’s rare to find a place……

“Wonderful cozy place on the east side of Grass Valley - close to town, right by a trailhead for a great state park (Empire Mine), plus worked out well for the forestry workshop I attended in the area. Easy to check in, great living area, nice bed, great water pressure in the shower - plus a great setting with pines all around. Would definitely book this place again the nest time I am in that area”

“We last minute booked a couple of nights here. It’s a great little apartment above a big double garage. Owner lives in the home with his family and they were very quiet. The place was easy to find, marked parking spot and signs to take us in the right direction and right upstairs. Beautiful, clean and modern little place! Very happy with our stay. We never used the pool but the pool area looked very nice. I would stay again!”
