“Pros: Great check-in (we arrived around 9p, so not busy, but very pleasant interaction); room was completely redone - modern bathroom, laminate floors and a retro feel to the living space, which was super fun compared to the standard cookie-cutter rooms available nearby; comfortable lounge chairs placed in clusters around the property and lights along the building perimeters complimented the retro feel. For us, the lights created a nearly magical arrival, especially for seasoned……

“The checking was easy. I had prepaid for the stay. Miki was very helpful with my special needs accommodations. 1st floor, service animal. She was very nice and i enjoyed speaking with her. For me, simple is perfect. I needed very little. My room was efficient and was all i needed. The room was clean and bright. Nice bathroom and shower. Good water pressure and plenty of Hot water. My queen bed was comfortable. The sheets and pillow cases were clean and fresh. There was enough for space……

“I've been coming to Westhaven Inn for close to 20 years, to visit family in Pollock Pines. I've always enjoyed staying here in the past because of the friendly staff, cleanliness, etc. Now under new ownership and management, the place is being completely renovated and updated to a new level of loveliness. And I'm glad to see that the tradition of friendly, helpful staff continues and far exceeds expectations. Thanks for the lovely stay. I'll see you all next time :-) ”
