“This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,……

“Loved this place. My wife and I stay for 4 nights and loved it. There was a whole movie theater, darts, and the bathtub in the master was amazing. The communication was phenomenal and they were so willing to help with anything we may have needed. I can not say enough how much I would love to stay again. Also this place was so clean!
