“This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,……

“Fun stay in the country. Host very helpful with getting in and settled, and responsive to needs, but the place was not fully ready on arrival. A storm related electric outage had blown breakers for the refrigerator and dishwasher that needed to be reset that evening. Dishes in the cabinet and silverware not completely clean. I'd suggest a thorough check of supplies and appliances between guests.”

“Once Sharon at the desk helped me get signed into wifi, all was well. I went in the pool, had a couple nice breakfasts, and had a beer and snacks on Monday and Tuesday afternoon!!It was just great!! Would stay at them again for sure.”
