“As we were walking out the door for vacation we found out that our prior hotel had canceled our stay without any communication or explanation whatsoever!! After a mini freakout, I went onto Expedia and Sea and Sand Cottages was the first thing that popped up. I did some some glowing reviews and I had only a few seconds to skim over them before deciding to book. I have to add to all those reviews. Check in is so easy, check out was breeze and Matthew was so wonderful. Very attentive and……

“My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇”

“The house was nice. There was enough room for our family of 8 adults. We didn’t realize when booking it’s not on the beach side however, it was a short distance from the beach so the location wasn’t that big of a deal. The swimming pool and outside area was fun. Enjoyed the house! Thanks for letting us stay!”
