“The stay was great the staff were amazing!! There were other guests staying smoking week and playing loud music at the pool staff did nothing about it! Women in things not really a family place! Elevators were down and slow to get to us we had to wait 40 minutes to get up and down! Not good on the 12th floor with a 2 year old! In door pool water was cold and we could barely find towels when we got out! ”

We did not pick Hilton or Marriott, so we expected to find the typical families with typical family messes on the property. We had a wonderful time the whole week we were there.
