“We've stayed at Litchfield By The Sea several times and this was our first stay in Heron Marsh. This is a comfortable unit and was great for our small family. What we really loved about the unit was the location for easy beach access. While this is not an ocean front location, this unit is directly across from the beach access path for quick access. This was wonderful for our morning and afternoon beach-front walks. The balcony overlooking the lake was lovely and the furniture was comfortable……

A bit of a hike to the beach, but that gives you a chance to walk off all the great food you will eat in this area. Excellent screened porch. Steps away from a pool. Would be nice if they gave an option for use of the cart.”

“They are building a parking garage on site, there are very few parking spots at the hotel. You have to park across the street not bad or 2-3 blocks away out side w no security cameras. Very difficult if you have young kids or go shopping. Check in was scheduled for 4 pm, didn’t get checked in to 630 after bugging them for 2.5 hours. Pools are amazing, great beach access, free beach chairs for the day, and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Room was amazing very clean and plenty of space.”

“My husband and I were in town for a golf tournament at caldonia and true blue and this location couldn't have been any better!! The unit was clean, updated, and welcoming. We had everything we needed. It was also very quiet. Would definitely stay here again. ”
