“We had a great 3 nights. Litchfield is our go to place for July 4th. The condo was just as described. Perfect location with the tennis courts/pool across the way and the beach not much further. Easy walking distance even with our gear. The back porch over looking the pond was so relaxing in the mornings and late evenings. Close to all of the restaurants and shopping Pawleys and Litchfield have to offer. We had friends staying all over LBtSea so it was nice to walk to where they were all……

“The house was everything the listing said it was. It was big enough for our group of 9, with room to spare. It was very clean and more amenities than needed. Tony was great. Any questions we had he got right back to us.The downside unfortunately was the other people on the complex. You can hear the noise from outside the pool area and the people above you.Some people just don’t have any consideration for others.”

“Property was clean, check in was a breeze, and the location was great - truly a 3 minute walk to the beach. Loved all of the extras they provided - soaps, shampoo, conditioner, paper products, etc. Owner is very responsive. We would definitely stay again”

“This property is wonderful, I felt like I was home, very comfortable and easy to get to, quite area, we all were impressed with the property and surroundings, if I ever get to come back to the area I will call for availability ”

“Oh, my goodness! We have been to Pawleys a dozen times in the past 10 years and this sweet spot is worth visiting again. So many perks!!! The owners are friendly and respond quickly. The place is immaculate and we all value cleanliness! The first floor is convenient and the pool was a delightful end to every beach day. We had everything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay! “We stayed at this property for a week in early June, 2025. It was as advertised in the listing! Very clean, easy check-in, and many amenities in the development. It was also very close to a beach access (0.20 miles per my Apple Watch)—which was a pleasant surprise! Also, there was a pool specifically for our development, so not crowded, and another beach access with restrooms within 0.35 miles (again per my Apple Watch). “Loved the value for the price, the size of the villa, the furnishings that allowed us to spread out. Wasn't the unit pictured in the photo but worked out fine. Some confusion at check-in, unit wasn't ready at 4pm check-in time and they didn't have our paperwork completed from the day before, so we had to wait a while.”

“The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was super friendly and provided me and my family with an abundance of information. The property is quiet and only a 10 minute (if that) drive to the beach. The property has indoor and outdoor pools as well as daily activities for your family to enjoy. The property is a must stay if you decide to come to Myrtle Beach.”

“A wonderful spot on the lake. Peace and quiet. I gave the check in 5 stars because we checked in mid week and we were the only ones checking in. One a weekend, we have seen long lines out of the door. The 4 stars for cleanliness is because the porch furniture was not clean. Not a deal breaker though. Everything else was spotless..We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Seashell Paws Retreat. The home was as described, clean and well furnished. The location was great. Close enough to the beach to walk, or short drive(a golf cart is available to rent). The back yard had a very nice privacy fence and was well maintained. The host was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The condo was very clean. The host let notes around the condo letting us know small details we might need during our stay. The pool is closely monitored by security to make sure no one is using the pool who shouldn't be; he went around talking with guests. Very friendly staff.”
