“My sister and I enjoyed a very relaxing week in your top notch unit! It was super clean, a beautiful location, excellent communication, very well equipped and an overall wonderful experience!We had the best seafood at incredible restaurants and despite some rainy days, we enjoyed perfect beach days too. And a preview to the June full Moon we spent tons of time reading and bird watching on the screened in porch. We will be back ! Thank you ”

“Condo was spacious and very clean. Neighborhood quiet, easy going (being off -season.). Grocery store nearby. Condo was very comfortable w great porch, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, each having a tub. Kitchen well-appointed. If coming up from south, have to drive a few north of community to check in but process was easy. There is not an elevator for this second floor unit, fyi, but it’s just two short flights of stairs and parking is footsteps away. Condo was very comfortable, spacious,……

“This condo was the perfect stay for what I needed. Unit was the perfect size for 6 people. We felt that the property was clean and well equipt. There is no balcony but the views from the window are perfect! We would stay here again.”

“View was breathtaking over the marsh. Easy check in and easy check out. Good communication thru vrbo with rental company. Beautiful and plenty of room inside. The only disappointment was that you aren’t able to use the Heron Marsh pool which is super close. You do have access to the main pool and indoor pool though but they aren’t a close walk. All in all, very good rental. ”

“Check in was a struggle. We arrived early and was able to access the beach at the Litchfield beach club. We didn’t receive the 4 pm check in call and our unit didn’t become available until 7pm.The condo was perfect for our 6 person family and its location from the beach was convenient. The beach was quiet and plenty of space. The pool right outside our condo was nice and larger pool was also nice. The condo was well decorated and was as advertised. It accommodated all of our needs. “We stayed at this property for a week in early June, 2025. It was as advertised in the listing! Very clean, easy check-in, and many amenities in the development. It was also very close to a beach access (0.20 miles per my Apple Watch)—which was a pleasant surprise! Also, there was a pool specifically for our development, so not crowded, and another beach access with restrooms within 0.35 miles (again per my Apple Watch). The area was quiet and the neighbors we spoke to were very kind. The……
